District Manager / Area Coach Are you a results-driven leader passionate about team development, operational excellence, and achieving growth? Join our team as a District Manager/Area Coach, where you'll oversee some of our locations in Fayetteville NC. This person must bring positive energy and the highest level of integrity and honesty to our teams. Successful candidate MUST have prior experience leading multiple units with a solid track record of people development and results that consistently hit standard. Successful candidate must be someone that leads from the front and by example. Multi-unit experience in the restaurant or retail food is
REQUIRED.
Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Lead and develop restaurant managers, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Monitor and drive sales, profitability, and operational goals for each location. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. Collaborate with teams to improve customer satisfaction and overall experience. Analyze business performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Develop and execute staffing plans to ensure optimal team performance and talent retention. Requirements Proven leadership experience managing multi-unit operations in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of P&L statements and financial performance metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead diverse teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills to assess operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Experience with recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
