Regional Sales Manager Sales Territory:

We are seeking a high-performing sales professional to lead territory growth, strengthen strategic customer relationships, and champion industry-leading piping solutions across a dynamic market. The Regional Sales Manager role offers the opportunity to work with distributors, consulting engineers, municipalities, contractors, and end users while directly influencing business success and long-term customer value. What You Will Do Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans that exceed revenue and growth objectives. Act as a trusted advisor by promoting products, providing technical expertise and identifying customer solutions. Conduct regular in-person customer visits, presentations and training sessions. Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations and Marketing to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Monitor market trends, order patterns, backlog activity and competitive intelligence to uncover growth opportunities. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and customer records through CRM tools. Coordinate travel, customer meetings and territory priorities efficiently. Support and mentor independent sales representatives where applicable. What Success Looks Like Strong territory growth and market share expansion. Meaningful and lasting customer relationships. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Chemical preferred) or Business Administration/Marketing. 5-7 years of progressive sales or sales leadership experience. Waterworks, utility, infrastructure or related industry experience is highly desirable. Strong technical aptitude with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
