Subprime and F&I experience Required Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to passenger car markets, including high-end vehicle segments. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound sales efforts Conduct negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable deal terms while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and accurate inventory control aligned with sales forecasts. Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, manage customer relationships, and support upselling opportunities. Provide training on automotive financing options, dealership procedures, and product knowledge to enhance team performance. Foster strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, public speaking engagements, and personalized service. Support the dealership's retail math calculations to ensure profitability and achievement of sales targets. Organize and participate in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach to boost dealership visibility. Experience Proven experience in automotive industry sales with a focus on passenger cars or high-end vehicles. Demonstrated success in within a dealership setting. Strong background in sales management with experience leading a team toward achieving ambitious targets. Skilled in negotiation, deal closing, upselling techniques, and customer relationship building. Familiarity with automotive financing options, inventory management systems, CRM software, and retail math principles. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases. Excellent organizational skills combined with effective phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction.
