Job Description

Gpac is working with a well established ag equipment dealership who is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team, service department, and warehouse operations for agriculture-focused parts and components distribution center. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction across all departments at a single facility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of inside and outside sales representatives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for new and used agricultural equipment parts, including tractor, combine, and powertrain components
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional ag producers, dealerships, and independent repair shops
  • Monitor sales performance, set goals, and coach team members to meet and exceed targets
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
  • Oversee the service department to ensure timely and accurate support for customer inquiries and parts compatibility questions
  • Implement best practices for service excellence, with a focus on maximizing customer retention
  • Collaborate with technical staff to resolve escalated issues and maintain product knowledge
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in agricultural sales or relatable field
  • Strong knowledge of ag equipment and components, including tractors, combines, drivetrains, and hydraulics
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, sales CRMs, and inventory management tools
  • High level of initiative, organization, and problem-solving ability
  • Experience with aftermarket parts sales
  • Technical background in equipment repair or service management
  • Preferred bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
