$60,000-$72,000 annually, plus performance bonus Timber Falls is seeking a hands-on Marketing & Business Development Manager to generate qualified residential leads, expand our commercial relationships, and strengthen our position throughout Southern New Hampshire, the Seacoast, and surrounding markets. This is not strictly a social-media position. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting marketing activity directly to estimates, profitable booked work, and commercial opportunities. Responsibilities Visit active job sites to capture professional photos, videos, and customer stories. Manage Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and website content. Create and manage Google and Meta advertising campaigns. Develop local campaigns for excavation, tree care, plant health care, drainage, land clearing, forestry mulching, and related services. Improve local search visibility through project pages, service pages, and Google reviews. Track leads from their original source through estimate, sale, and completed revenue. Build relationships with builders, developers, property managers, engineers, and commercial clients. Identify relevant public and private bid opportunities. Maintain a commercial prospect list, bid calendar, and prequalification documents. Develop company capability statements, project profiles, and sales materials. Coordinate customer follow-up, referral, and seasonal marketing campaigns. Provide clear weekly reporting on leads, estimates, advertising costs, booked work, and commercial opportunities. Qualifications Three or more years of marketing, lead-generation, or business-development experience. Construction, excavation, tree care, landscaping, or home-service experience is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to create effective photo and video content. Experience managing Google or Facebook advertising. Understanding of lead tracking, CRM systems, and marketing analytics. Comfortable visiting active construction sites and working around equipment. Strong written, telephone, and in-person communication skills. Self-directed, organized, and accountable for measurable results. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Timber Falls' service area. How Success Will Be Measured Success will be measured by qualified leads, estimates scheduled, profitable booked work, cost per lead, Google reviews, commercial meetings, and invitations to bid - not simply followers or social-media views. How to Apply Submit a resume, examples of previous marketing work, and a short explanation of a campaign or business-development effort that produced measurable revenue.
