•8 Dunkin' locations and lead our Store Managers and teams to success! This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing people, improving operations, and driving results. What You Will Do Lead and support 5-8 store locations to ensure they operate safely, efficiently, and profitably. Coach develop, and hold Store Managers accountable for performance and results. Conduct regular store visits, Restaurant Operation Reviews (RORs), service checks, and operational audits. Ensure excellent product quality, guest service, food safety, sanitation, and brand standards. Recruit, train, develop, and retain strong management teams. Monitor sales, labor, costs, cash handling, and store profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local requirements. Conduct weekly Store Manager meetings and provide consistent coaching and feedbakc. Respond to operational challenges and emergencies with professionalism and sound judgement. What You Bring 5

•8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or multi-unit operations. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing and developing teams. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle. Ability to travel between multiple locations. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or outside normal hours when needed. ServeSafe certification or ability to obtain it. Why this Role?
