Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Parental Leave Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Valid NJ Property & Casualty Producer License. Minimum of 7 years in insurance sales leadership. Deep expertise in commercial lines coverage and market placement. Strong command of agency management systems and data-driven reporting. Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing sales teams. Advanced certification such as CPCU or CIC is highly valued. Responsibilities Lead our sales division with a clear, inspiring vision that encourages your team to reach their full potential. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and high-value prospects across the Atlantic District. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with our long-term growth objectives in the New Jersey market. Coach sales producers through complex negotiations and help them refine their unique presentation styles. Analyze regional trends and competitive dynamics to ensure our offerings remain ahead of the curve. Collaborate with executive leadership to refine our outreach strategies and overall agency culture.
