•Remote Position Govig Healthcare Group, the premier executive search firm specializing in senior housing, is conducting a search for a Director of Investment Sales on behalf of an entrepreneurial healthcare real estate investment platform. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished investment sales professional to help build and lead a national senior housing investment sales platform. This role offers the opportunity to leverage an established network of institutional relationships, significant existing transaction activity, and a highly collaborative leadership team while maintaining the autonomy to develop your own business. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional who combines strong transaction knowledge with an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys developing new business, cultivating long-term client partnerships, and executing complex investment sales transactions. Key Responsibilities Originate and execute senior housing investment sales assignments on a national basis. Develop relationships with owners, operators, investors, private equity firms, REITs, developers, and capital providers. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry relationships. Conduct valuation analyses, broker opinions of value, and investment recommendations. Present investment opportunities to sophisticated institutional clients. Partner with internal analysts to prepare underwriting, financial analyses, offering memorandums, and marketing materials. Manage transactions from initial business development through closing. Collaborate with capital markets professionals to provide comprehensive client solutions. Represent the firm at industry conferences, client meetings, networking events, and property tours. Contribute to the long-term growth and strategy of a national investment sales platform. Qualifications Experience in senior housing, healthcare real estate, or commercial real estate investment sales. Strong understanding of investment sales transactions, underwriting, and financial analysis. Demonstrated success developing client relationships and generating new business. Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with institutional investors and senior executives. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build and grow a business. Highly collaborative while remaining self-motivated and results driven. Willingness to travel nationally as needed. Candidates from adjacent industries will also be considered, including healthcare real estate, multifamily investment sales, healthcare REITs, acquisitions, institutional real estate advisory, and capital markets, provided they possess a strong sales orientation and relationship-building ability.
