As a Vice President- Core Trade Products Sales Specialist in Trade & Working Capital, you will be responsible for driving business development and revenue growth across J.P. Morgan's traditional Trade Finance product suite. You will partner closely with Banking teams and clients to develop strategic trade solutions, originate new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Job responsibilities Lead sales and origination efforts across a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients. Identify, qualify, and convert new Trade Finance opportunities into revenue-generating business. Develop and execute client-specific growth strategies in partnership with Banking coverage teams. Negotiate and close complex traditional trade transactions and risk mitigation solutions. Build and maintain a robust pipeline while ensuring accurate CRM management and forecasting. Maintain strategic account plans and coordinate closely with Banking, Product, and Trade partners. Partner with regional and international Trade teams to deliver global solutions for clients. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expertise on Trade Finance structures, market developments, and client needs. Ensure an exceptional client experience through proactive relationship management, issue resolution, and ongoing portfolio management. Participate in governance and approval processes while maintaining a strong risk and control environment. Support product development, marketing initiatives, and strategic business growth opportunities while representing J.P. Morgan's Global Trade capabilities internally and externally. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of Trade Finance, Trade Sales, Treasury Services, or related financial services experience. Strong knowledge of traditional Trade Finance products, including Commercial Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit & Guarantees, Import & Export Collections, and Trade Loans. Exposure of Export Finance and Export Credit Agency (ECA) solutions. Demonstrated sales, business development, negotiation, and relationship management experience. Understanding of credit fundamentals and experience working within credit approval processes. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Executive presence with consultative sales skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. Proven track record of driving results, influencing stakeholders, and operating successfully in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, resilient, able to work independently, and willing to travel as needed.
