This position is responsible for developing and supporting customers within an assigned territory, identifying new sales opportunities, and helping customers select the appropriate equipment for their applications. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with customers, sales representatives, engineering, and internal departments throughout the sales process. Responsibilities Communicate with existing customers, prospective customers, and sales representatives Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships Review customer applications and recommend appropriate Franklin Miller equipment and solutions Prepare quotations and proposals using the company's computer-based quoting system Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email Follow up on quotations, projects, and sales opportunities Work with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are properly understood Participate in equipment demonstrations, application testing, and customer trials as needed Maintain awareness of active projects and opportunities within the assigned territory Support customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry through order placement Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Prior sales experience, preferably involving industrial equipment, process equipment, manufacturing, or other technical products Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated sales ability and a customer-focused approach Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand technical equipment and applications Strong organizational and follow-up skills Comfortable working with computer-based quoting, CRM, and business systems Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team What Franklin Miller Offers Franklin Miller offers an excellent long-term career opportunity with an established manufacturer and a collaborative, team-oriented working environment.
