This role helps facilitate sales rep growth, drives performance, and develops future leaders. Key Responsibilities Train and coach sales reps Help lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota Run ride alongs and in field coaching Run minimum of 3 appts per week Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals Requirements One-call close experience (Exterior Remodeling) — required 1+ year in sales management High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
