Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Dual Director of Sales to lead revenue generation efforts for Hampton Inn and TownePlace Suites hotels in Swedesboro, NJ. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to increase occupancy, grow market share, and maximize hotel revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, relationship management, and local market development, along with the ability to build and maintain key business partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing hospitality ownership group with an expanding portfolio of branded hotels. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and occupancy goals Prospect and maintain relationships with local corporate accounts, group business, and community partners Identify new business opportunities through outside sales calls, networking, and market research Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term account retention Collaborate with hotel leadership and revenue management to optimize rate strategy and market positioning Monitor competitive market trends, STR reports, and local demand generators Negotiate and secure group and corporate contracts to maximize profitability Maintain accurate sales activity, account production, and forecasting reports Represent the hotel at networking events, community functions, and industry events as needed Travel locally within the market approximately 25% Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience required Select-service or branded hotel experience preferred Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, or other major hotel brands is a plus Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently while contributing to overall hotel performance Familiarity with hotel sales systems, CRM platforms, and STR reporting preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Monthly and quarterly bonus incentives 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Employee hotel discounts Retirement plan About Us We are a growing hospitality ownership and management company with a portfolio of 35 hotels and additional properties currently in development.
