The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for the establishing and achieving sales objectives for the Mountain Region with a heavy concentration in Mining.
Principal Responsibilities and Expectations:
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in National market accounts Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations Conduct joint sales calls with IPS Account managers to help drive business growth Proactively coach, train and develop local sales representatives Support and lead utilization of CRM activity within the market Team with the Marketing Department to create marketing collateral that supports solution selling Provide market information such as current trends, sales techniques, and application of products to drive success in the designated regionQualifications and Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of motor service sales experience preferred Demonstrated strategic sales experience Experience in the mining industry a plus.
