Now Run a Business. You've spent years running gyms. You've managed teams. You've sold memberships. You've chased numbers. You've handled payroll. You've dealt with customers. You've lived inside KPIs. You know the difference between being busy and producing revenue. Now take those skills and run a business where your compensation is directly tied to the results you create. This is not a traditional spa manager position. It's a sales-driven operator role. You don't need a beauty background. You need to know how to sell, close, lead, and produce. The Opportunity Think of it as running your own business without putting your own capital at risk.
We provide the:
Studio Brand Marketing Clients Products Systems Training Support You make it perform. We're looking for someone who sees an empty appointment book and thinks: "How do I fill it?" Someone who sees a missed sales target and thinks: "What needs to change?" Someone who hears an objection and doesn't fold. You solve it. Someone who hears "I need to think about it" and knows that's usually not the real objection. You find the real objection. That's the person we want. You Are the GM. You Are Also the Closer. This is not a management job where you sit in an office while someone else sells. You sell. Approximately 80% of your role is personal production and 20% is leading 1-2 people who support the studio. You will personally:
Close whitening treatments Sell memberships Sell upgrades Sell retail Present financing options Handle objections Follow up with leads Recover canceled appointments Re-engage past customers Ask for the sale Drive repeat business If you've sold gym memberships, personal training, cars, high-ticket services, or anything else where you had to earn the commission, you understand. We don't need someone who can talk about sales. We need someone who can close. You Own the Number You'll know exactly where you stand. Revenue. Conversion. Average client value. Memberships. Lead follow-up. Retail. Repeat business. Studio performance. The scoreboard doesn't lie. When you're ahead, great. When you're behind, figure it out. We don't want: "Leads were bad." "The customers weren't buying." "Pricing is too high." "The economy is slow." We want: "Here's the problem. Here's the plan. Here's what I'm doing about it." That's ownership. 80% Producer. 20% Leader. You're a player-coach. Your primary responsibility is producing revenue yourself. The other 20% is making the people around you better. You'll:
Set expectations Track performance Coach sales Hold people accountable Help close opportunities Maintain high standards Make sure the studio runs properly You're not managing a giant organization. You're leading 1-2 people while personally carrying the majority of the production. Lead from the front. You Don't Need Beauty Experience We'll teach you the whitening business. What we can't teach you as easily is 10 years of learning how to sell, lead, and operate. We're especially interested in candidates coming from: Gym General Manager Fitness Director Club Manager Membership Director Personal Training Director Sales Manager Area Manager Multi-unit fitness operator If you've spent years in fitness and know how to turn leads into members, members into revenue, and revenue into a profitable location, we want to talk. Compensation $100,000-$150,000+ Total Compensation Potential This is intentionally a performance-heavy compensation structure.Approximately:
30-40% Base Compensation 60-70% Performance-Based Compensation You produce more. You earn more. And there's another level. Profit Share Once you've established yourself in the role and proven you can consistently sell, operate, lead, and grow a profitable studio, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a [X%] profit-share bonus tied to studio profitability. This isn't something you get because you have the title. You earn it. First, prove you can sell. Then prove you can operate. Then prove you can grow. Then participate in the profits you help create. That's the difference between having a GM job and becoming an operator. You get the upside of running a business without having to put your own capital at risk. Who We Want We're looking for someone who: Has 10+ years of fitness, sales, or operating experience Has personally sold memberships, PT, or high-ticket services Has a history of hitting numbers Knows how to close Is comfortable asking for money Can handle objections without getting defensive Follows up relentlessly Understands KPIs Takes initiative Doesn't need to be babysat Loves competition Wants performance-based upside Takes responsibility for results You don't need someone to motivate you. You need a target. Give you the number. You'll go get it. Don't Apply If... Don't apply if you: Want a traditional spa manager position Don't like sales Don't want to personally close Prefer managing salespeople to selling yourself Need constant direction Hate KPIs Avoid follow-up because you don't want to "bother" people Get uncomfortable discussing money Think asking for the sale is too aggressive Blame leads when sales are down Blame pricing when conversion is down Prefer looking busy over producing results If you want a comfortable management job, this isn't it. If you want a scoreboard, autonomy, upside, and eventually a piece of the profits you help create— this might be exactly what you're looking for. The Bottom Line You've already proven you can run someone else's gym. Now run a business. You don't need to raise capital. You don't need to find the location. You don't need to build the brand. You don't need to figure out the marketing. We've built the platform. You bring the experience. You bring the sales ability. You bring the work ethic. You bring the ability to close. We provide the business. You make it win. 80% Producer. 20% Leader. 100% Accountable. If that sounds like an opportunity instead of a job— Apply.Pay:
