Job Description

Acura of Bedford Hills is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team at a premier automotive dealership in Westchester County. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in automotive sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. Oversee daily operations of the sales department, ensuring efficient processes and strong team performance. Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to meet and exceed individual and team goals. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring a seamless and satisfying buying experience. Collaborate with other departments to align sales initiatives with overall dealership goals. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with management to optimize vehicle availability.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive sales management, with a history of achieving measurable success. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and sales best practices. Proficiency with dealership management software and tools.
