Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, motivating staff, and implementing strategic sales initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive automotive industry experience, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Duties Strive to meet forecasted sales and profit goals and objectives Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect operations such as hazardous waste disposal, OHSA right to know, etc. Update job knowledge by participating in training and other educational opportunities and by ready professional publications Train, advise, and assist the performance of the Sales staff Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Handle and resolve customer complaints with integrity and poise Ensure work and customer areas are kept neat and organized Ensure that all of the proper paperwork and documentation is included with the original repair orders to support service completed Continuously improve all sales department processes by analyzing procedures and identifying needs of improvement. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of prior dealership management experience Strong automotive sales experience Clean, valid driver's license Excellent communication skills High customer-service orientation Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Pay:
$135,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
