Job Description

Overview Business Development Manager-Catholic Health Home Care Business Development Manager oversees business development, referral intake, and liaison operations for Catholic Health Home Care. This position leads referral growth initiatives, ensures quality intake services, supports staff development, and promotes regulatory compliance and service excellence. Job Details Key Responsibilities Supervises and supports Intake staff, including scheduling, orientation, training, and performance management. Oversees referral intake processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant services. Develops strategies and programs to increase referrals and meet organizational and budget goals. Builds and maintains relationships with hospitals, referral sources, care managers, discharge planners, and community partners. Leads marketing activities, community presentations, health fairs, and onsite referral-source visits. Collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to resolve referral, authorization, documentation, billing, and service issues. Monitors reports and participates in quality and performance improvement initiatives. Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, accreditation, and agency requirements. Promotes teamwork, staff development, service excellence, and the organization's mission and values. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum three years of healthcare experience; home care or hospice experience preferred. Knowledge of federal and state regulations applicable to home care and hospice. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and computer skills. Posted Salary Range USD $130,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
