Your Role:

Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, providing training and development to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process. Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.

Your Schedule:

Based in the Hauppauge, NY office Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with additional availability by phone on weeknights and

Saturdays Pay:

Salary of $90,000 plus monthly commissions!

Requirements Qualifications:

Proven experience as a sales manager in the home improvement industry Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to reach their goals.
