Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and expand our client base. In this role, you will drive outside sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and develop strategic marketing approaches to boost revenue. Your leadership will be instrumental in building strong relationships within the commercial cleaning and construction sectors, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term growth. Duties Lead outside sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with prospective clients in the commercial cleaning and construction industries Manage existing accounts through proactive account management, ensuring high levels of customer service and retention Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services and increase market visibility Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms Collaborate with management to set sales targets, analyze market trends, and develop business development plans Provide leadership to the sales team by coaching, motivating, and guiding them toward achieving their goals Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales within the commercial cleaning or related sectors Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools such as Salesforce for tracking sales activities Demonstrated ability in business development and account management Analytical skills to assess market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results Knowledge of technical sales processes related to cleaning services or construction clean-up is a plus Compensation Base pay and uncapped commission Performance bonuses Long-term customer accounts create recurring value
