Job Description

Summary:
We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow proprietary product sales within an assigned territory and customer base. In this role, you'll build strong relationships, expand product offerings, pursue new business opportunities, and deliver value-add solutions across Flambeau's full packaging and proprietary product lines. You'll work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to maximize the customer experience and meet growth objectives. What You'll Do Develop a strong understanding of proprietary and stock product lines, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Clearly communicate product value through email, promotions, and digital listings.

Manage assigned accounts, including forecasting, pricing, margins, and profitability.

Lead quoting activities, prepare RFQs, and maintain accurate documentation.

Leverage marketing tools and internal partners to support customer growth opportunities.

Advocate for company programs including rebates, inventory management services, and sales allowances.

Coordinate with Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance on customer and prospect initiatives.

Conduct outbound sales calls and support trade show and prospecting efforts.

Travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.

Participate in budgeting, sales forecasting, and ongoing project management.

Monitor engineering changes and adjust pricing based on margin goals.

Document special customer requests outside standard procedure and elevate as appropriate. #FLAMBEAUHIGH
