Chevrolet Of Troy is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Troy, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our online sales presence, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for potential customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for internet inquiries and work closely with our sales team to convert leads into satisfied customers. Responsibilities Manage and respond to all internet sales inquiries promptly and professionally. Develop and implement strategies to increase online leads and conversions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle inventory and promotions. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize sales performance. Track and report internet sales metrics to dealership management. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Requirements Proven experience in internet sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales platforms. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
