full-time The Ready Ads is growing and we're looking for a relationship-driven Fractional Sales Representative to grow with us. The Ready Ads is changing the way consumers discover local businesses by creating a place where people can find advertising when they're actually ready for it, instead of constantly being targeted by it. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who loves connecting with people, opening doors, and introducing businesses to new ideas. This role is ideal for a natural relationship builder who is comfortable starting conversations, networking in the community, and turning those connections into new business opportunities. What You'll Do Identify and pursue new local business opportunities Build relationships with business owners, marketing leaders, and community partners Introduce businesses to The Ready Ads and explain how the platform helps them reach consumers differently Generate leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and existing relationships Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales process Represent The Ready Ads at local events and networking opportunities Work directly with Jenna to help expand our advertiser base and presence in the Tulsa market Who We're Looking For Someone who is: Relationship-driven and genuinely enjoys meeting people Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations Self-motivated and able to manage their own schedule A strong communicator who can explain a new concept simply Comfortable with prospecting, networking, and business development Connected within the Tulsa business community or excited to become connected Excited by the opportunity to help grow a new local company Previous advertising, media, sales, or business development experience is a plus, but it isn't everything. More than anything, we're looking for someone who can build trust, create relationships, open doors, and get people excited about what we're building.
