Stand-By Personnel is looking for a Junior Business Growth Partner to help businesses solve workforce challenges through our consultative sales process. No staffing or sales experience is required. We can teach you the industry and our process. We're looking for someone with the drive, curiosity, resilience, and people skills to succeed.

THE ROLE

Your day will start and end at the Stand-By Personnel office , but the majority of your time will be spent in the field. You'll build relationships with business leaders, prospect for new clients, conduct facility visits and production tours, uncover workforce challenges, and recommend solutions. You'll learn to: Develop new business and client relationships Prospect and generate sales opportunities Conduct meaningful discovery conversations Listen, identify needs, and solve problems Present workforce solutions Manage your sales pipeline and CRM Follow a proven consultative sales process Grow client relationships and revenue Your office is your home base. The market is where you'll build the business.

You should enjoy being out and about. You'll spend much of your day: Driving throughout your territory Visiting businesses Meeting decision-makers Walking large production facilities Participating in facility tours Networking and prospecting Conducting face-to-face meetings Moving from one opportunity to the next You must be comfortable getting in and out of your vehicle throughout the day, being on your feet, and working in a fast-paced setting. Some days will be planned. Others will require you to adapt, pivot, and make things happen.

COMPENSATION

$45,000-$55,000 BASE

SALARY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
