JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Director is responsible for establishing BrightStar Care in a new territory by generating new relationships from discoverable referral sources. The Sales Director (Albany/Corvallis based) will work with the Sales and Marketing Director (Eugene based) and be solely responsible for developing the Corvallis/Albany territory to meet a minimum of $60-80K/week gross revenue. This position will be salary based plus commission.

SALES DIRECTOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for generating new business by networking, developing business to business leads and cold calling; day to day face contact is expected along with frequent travel within set territory Meets or exceeds sales targets of $60-80K/week gross Contacts and establishes rapport with territory specific healthcare facilities, physicians, pharmacies, clinics, assisted living, nursing home facilities, memory care communities, fiduciaries, Veteran Affairs reps and POAs to generate both sales and leads Servicing existing accounts Grow an active customer and lead database to promote the company's products and services which include private duty, skilled services, and medical staffing. Develop a high level of understanding of the company's products, services, pricing and their value to the potential clients Maintain all contacts and business activity in the company's CRM system. Works closely with the Sales and Marketing Director to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan for set territory Seeks, develops and participates in innovative marketing opportunities such as new business networking, chamber of commerce groups, etc. Provides accurate weekly sales summaries and call reports to the Sales and Marketing Director and Administrator of Operations on a consistent basis (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly); daily communications with headquarters is essential. Provide information as required by the corporate leadership to assist in the development of sales plans. Report all customer problems to the Sales and Marketing Director and Administrator as quickly as possible to ensure the problem is resolved in a timely manner. Track the progress of the problem resolution and ensure that it meets the requirements of the client. Continually improve selling skills through participation in training and seminars, supervisory feedback, self-evaluation, and client feedback. Own processes in their full scope through completion

SALES DIRECTOR ASSOCIATE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of outside sales experience Working knowledge of both in-home and institutional healthcare Intermediate to high computer/phone skills

EDUCATION

• High School Degree required College degree preferred

SKILLS/ABILITIES

Ability to generate leads and monitor referrals Relationships building with new and existing contacts. Self-motivated, problem solving, goal tracking and reporting. Public speaking and presentation skills Persuasive and educational/informative writing Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop long-term relationships Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written)

WORKING CONDITIONS
Travel Requirements:

Travel as needed for various sales and marketing deliverables. Must have reliable vehicle to travel long distances

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
