Job Description

Lead with Transparency. We reject the industry's legacy model of pressure, games, and burnout, and we're looking for a leader ready to prove there's a better way. How We Lead Leaders Eat Last. Your job is to serve your team first. Their growth, their confidence, and their success come before your own. When your people win, you win. Extreme Ownership. No excuses, no blame. The Role You'll lead a team of Sales Consultants who guide each guest through the entire experience, from vehicle selection to trade, financing, and ownership solutions. You'll be on the floor, not behind a closed door, coaching in real time and building a culture of urgency, accountability, and trust. This isn't a one-time orientation; it's a continuing program for every leader in our group The chance to help build a dealership culture you'll be proud of Location Must live in Oregon or be willing to relocate before the start date.
