Dealership Sales Manager | Beaverton Kia
Job Description
Beaverton Kia—the only Kia dealership on Portland's Westside—is seeking a dynamic, experienced leader to take the wheel and drive success in both our new and pre-owned sales departments. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily one-on-ones with Sales Professionals and implement goals to achieve sales and gross profit targets Conduct sales meetings, provide in-depth training, and model proven sales processes (meet & greet, CNA, demos, desking, non-negotiation value selling) Monitor and coach performance, CRM usage, lead follow-up, and defector retention Appraise trade-ins accurately, build proposals professionally, and present customer vouchers confidently Oversee new inventory, sales forecasting, and 75-day supply turn Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly Partner with General Sales Manager to maintain and enforce dealership policies ✅What You Bring:
Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performance sales teams Background in One-Person selling, Automotive Sales Management, F&I, or Used Car Management Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of departmental financials CRM fluency and working knowledge of automotive platforms and software Outstanding communication skills: emotionally intelligent, clear, respectful, persuasive Track record of meeting objectives and managing time, budgets, and personnel effectively Valid driver's license and insurable driving record requiredYou Excel In:
