We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to join our senior living community in Eugene, Oregon. In this key leadership role, you will drive occupancy growth, build meaningful community partnerships, and help families navigate one of life's most important decisions. What You'll Do Lead all sales and marketing efforts to achieve and exceed occupancy goals. Conduct community tours and provide exceptional follow-up with prospective residents and families. Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations. Manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate records, and track lead conversion metrics. Plan and execute marketing events, community outreach initiatives, and networking opportunities. Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to create and implement strategic sales plans. Represent the community at local events and professional organizations. Deliver a warm, consultative experience that reflects our commitment to exceptional senior care and service. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of senior living sales, healthcare sales, hospitality sales, or related experience preferred. Proven success achieving sales goals and building referral networks. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented. Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
