Starting at $21/hour + quarterly performance bonus opportunity About YogaSix Lake Oswego YogaSix makes yoga and fitness accessible, empowering, and enjoyable for students of all levels. Our studio is locally owned and operated with the support and resources of the nationally recognized YogaSix brand. Our ownership group operates three boutique fitness studios in the area, creating opportunities for our team members to develop their skills, collaborate across locations, and grow within the fitness and wellness industry. About the Role The Studio Manager is responsible for driving membership growth, supporting revenue goals, leading the front desk team, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio. Sales is a key responsibility of this position. The Studio Manager is expected to actively sell memberships and packages, follow up with prospective members, complete assigned sales activities, and work toward monthly studio revenue and membership goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable with sales, enjoys building relationships, takes initiative, and is excited to help grow a local fitness business.Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth Drive membership growth by actively connecting with leads, prospective members, and current clients Sell memberships, class packages, retail, events, and other studio offerings Complete assigned daily and weekly sales activities, including calls, texts, emails, lead follow-up, and outreach Consistently follow up with leads and introductory offer clients to convert them into members Work toward established monthly revenue budgets and sales goals for memberships, packages, retail, and other studio offerings Track studio sales activity and identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue Coach the front desk team on sales conversations, lead follow-up, and membership conversion Support member retention by building relationships, addressing concerns, and creating a strong studio community Participate in local marketing, community outreach, partnerships, and events that generate new leads and members Team Leadership Lead, support, and develop the studio's front desk team Manage recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and ongoing coaching Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for completing assigned sales and operational responsibilities Partner with the Regional Manager and Format Leads to support studio performance Create a positive, professional, and accountable team environment Studio Operations Oversee day-to-day studio operations and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Identify and communicate maintenance, inventory, and operational needs Maintain and merchandise the retail area Monitor studio supplies and inventory Support studio promotions, events, grassroots marketing, and community partnerships Participate in required studio and leadership meetings and trainings Assist with social media and local marketing initiatives as needed What We're Looking For Previous sales experience strongly preferred Comfortable being directly responsible for sales activity and working toward revenue and membership goals Confident initiating sales conversations and asking for the sale Comfortable following up consistently with leads by phone, text, and email Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, or wellness Previous experience leading, training, or supporting a team preferred Genuine interest in yoga, fitness, wellness, or boutique fitness Warm, professional, and comfortable connecting with a wide variety of people Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative without waiting for direction Able to receive feedback, follow leadership direction, and execute assigned priorities Solutions-oriented and able to use good judgment Comfortable learning studio software and working on both PC and Mac computers Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information appropriately Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification Schedule & Flexibility This position is approximately 30 hours per week. Scheduling will be developed with the Regional Manager based on studio needs and employee availability, with two consecutive days off built into the manager's weekly schedule. Some early mornings, evenings, and weekends are required based on key sales hours, studio events, team needs, and member traffic. Physical Requirements The Studio Manager may be required to sit or stand for extended periods, reach, bend, kneel, use stairs, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. The role also requires effective communication in person and by telephone.Pay:
