Job Description
Job Overview A Territory Sales Manager for luxury appliance sales drives revenue and market share within a specific geographic area. The role involves managing key client relationships, educating partners on high-end products, and developing sales strategies to meet and exceed growth targets. Key responsibilities Grow sales and market share: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and enhance brand penetration for luxury appliance brands like Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove.
Build and maintain relationships:
Foster strong partnerships with dealers, builders, designers, and developers to drive new business. This involves hosting and participating in showroom events for both dealers and consumers.Provide product training:
Educate dealer staff and sales associates on how to position and sell luxury appliance products, including conducting trainings and product demos.Manage territory operations:
Launch new products in the field, coordinate product display placements in showrooms, and manage sales pipelines.Report and forecast:
Track sales performance, report on territory activity, and collaborate with management to set growth goals.Analyze market trends:
Stay informed about competitor activity and market trends to inform and adjust sales strategies. Qualifications and skillsEducation:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred. Experience in interior design or related fields can also be beneficial.Experience:
Most positions require 3-5 years of sales or territory management experience, with prior experience in luxury appliances, premium products, or the home-building industry being a significant advantage.Travel:
This role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate events and frequent travel, including overnight stays.Essential skills:
