The Turf Territory Sales Manager - West leads and manages all professional turf sales activities across the western United States, driving revenue growth and market expansion for Barenbrug USA. This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, strengthen long-term relationships, and support strategic business objectives within the professional turf industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or any satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask while traveling. Thorough knowledge of the assigned territory, market, and client base. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with a high standard of professionalism.
