Join Our Team - Sales Manager Local Home Improvement company is looking for a proven Sales Manager who is passionate about developing people, driving results, and building a culture of excellence. If you love coaching, leading by example, and helping others reach their full potential, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Recruit, hire, train, and develop top-performing In-Home Sales Professionals. Lead weekly sales meetings, ride-alongs, one-on-one coaching sessions. Run re-hash appointments and sales appointments Drive accountability through KPIs, scorecards, and performance reviews. Improve closing percentages while maintaining a customer-first, consultative sales approach. Work closely with Marketing, Call Center, and Production to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Foster a positive, high-performance culture built around integrity, accountability, and teamwork. Help create and improve sales systems, training, and processes as we continue to grow. What We're Looking For 5+ years of successful sales experience. In-home remodeling or home improvement experience preferred. Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to recruit and develop elite sales talent. Data-driven mindset with experience managing sales metrics. High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
