Automotive Sales Manager Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County - 4251 Oregon Pike, Ephrata

Schedule:

Includes working some evenings and every Saturday; you will have a designated day off during the week and the dealership is closed on

Sunday Pay:

Salary plus commission

YOU'LL DO

In this leadership position, you will guide and coach our Sales Consultants through the sales process. You appraise vehicles, structure deals, and act as a second point of contact for our clients. Our team members believe that integrity matters! We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent in all aspects of our business. If something does not have value, we will not offer it to our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Driver's license and a clean driving record Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Prior automotive sales experience is required, automotive management experience is preferred PA Vehicle Sales License
