No dental experience is necessary. We are more interested in finding an exceptional leader with a strong, proven sales background and outstanding people skills. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, competitive, confident, and motivated by performance-based compensation . You should have a demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, present solutions, overcome objections, and close sales. We are looking for someone who can lead and motivate a team while driving the growth and financial success of the office . Training on the dental side of the business will be provided. We are especially interested in candidates with: Strong, proven sales experience A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong closing and follow-up abilities Motivation to earn based on performance and results Leadership and team-building skills Professional, confident, and personable demeanor Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow with the organization No dental background is required. Sales ability, leadership, communication skills, and a strong drive to succeed are what matter most.
Responsibilities Patient Consultation & Education:
Meet with patients to clearly explain recommended treatment, treatment options, costs, timelines, and available payment solutions in a professional and easy-to-understand manner. This is a hands-on leadership and sales position. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing the administrative responsibilities of the office while remaining highly involved in patient consultations, financing, treatment acceptance, and overall practice growth.
Treatment Conversion & Sales:
Guide patients from consultation through treatment acceptance, with a strong focus on converting consultations into scheduled and paid treatment.
Financing & Payment Solutions:
Present financing and payment options, assist patients with financing applications, overcome financial objections, and work toward securing financing or payment the same day as the consultation .
Patient Follow-Up:
Maintain consistent follow-up with patients who have not yet committed to treatment and actively work outstanding treatment opportunities.
Office Leadership:
Oversee the daily operation of the office and create a professional, positive, accountable, and performance-driven environment.
Staffing & Hiring:
Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, schedule, and develop office employees while ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
Training & Performance Management:
Establish expectations, train team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and hold employees accountable for established goals and standards.
Payroll & Employee Administration:
Review employee hours, timekeeping, payroll information, PTO, attendance, and other personnel-related administrative responsibilities.
Scheduling & Patient Flow:
Oversee patient scheduling and office workflow to maximize efficiency, production, and the patient experience.
Patient Billing & Collections:
Oversee patient accounts, payments, outstanding balances, collections, financial arrangements, and account reconciliation.
Insurance Billing:
Ensure dental insurance claims, pre-authorizations, benefit verification, claim follow-up, and insurance payments are processed accurately and promptly.
Practice Performance:
Monitor key performance indicators, including consultations, treatment acceptance, collections, production, scheduling, and accounts receivable.
Customer Service & Patient Relations:
Address patient questions and concerns promptly and professionally and ensure an exceptional patient experience throughout the office.
Compliance & Office Administration:
Maintain accurate records and help ensure office procedures comply with company policies and applicable dental, employment, privacy, and safety requirements.
Overall Practice Growth:
Work closely with doctors and ownership to identify opportunities to increase patient satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, increase treatment acceptance, and grow the practice.

Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately with patients in person and over the phone.

Strong commitment to creating an excellent patient experience from the initial phone call through completion of treatment.
Professional Phone Etiquette:
Confident, friendly, and polished telephone skills with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and valued.
Customer Service Training:
Ability to train, coach, and develop staff in telephone skills, patient communication, customer service, and professional conduct.
Objection Handling:
Strong ability to identify patient concerns, answer questions, address objections, and help patients feel confident moving forward with treatment.
De-escalation Skills:
Ability to remain calm and professional with frustrated or anxious patients, diffuse difficult situations, and work toward a positive resolution.
Patient Engagement:
Ability to build rapport quickly, maintain patient interest, and communicate the value and benefits of recommended treatment.
Active Listening:
Strong ability to understand patients' needs, concerns, financial considerations, and motivations before recommending solutions.
Relationship Building:
Naturally personable with the ability to establish trust and develop strong relationships with patients and team members.
Sales & Persuasion Skills:
Comfortable guiding conversations toward decisions while maintaining a patient-centered, consultative approach.
Follow-Up Skills:
Persistent and organized in following up with prospective patients and unscheduled treatment without being overly aggressive.
Leadership & Coaching:
Ability to lead by example and train employees to consistently deliver a high level of customer service.

Able to think quickly, resolve patient concerns, and find practical solutions to scheduling, financial, and service-related issues.

Confident, positive, articulate, and able to represent the practice professionally in all patient and employee interactions. No dental experience is required. We are looking for someone with exceptional sales, communication, customer service, leadership, and people skills who can learn the dental side of the business.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
