As a leader in the HR technology industry, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way companies attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will lead the delivery of our platform from contract to launch. You'll serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing implementation while consulting on solution design and ensuring alignment with business needs. This role bridges sales, product, and customer success.

This is a full-time, hybrid position located at the headquarters in Horsham, PA, requiring Five (5) days per week in-office. Candidates must currently reside within a fifty (50) mile radius of Horsham, PA. At this time, the Company will not sponsor, transfer, or extend employment-based visas for this position, including but not limited to H-1B, TN, or F-1 OPT. Key Responsibilities Partner with Forward Deployment Engineers, Product Management, Account management , Support and Customer value teams to drive implementations Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple client implementations Serve as a trusted advisor on platform capabilities and technical setup Deliver impactful training sessions that ensure product functionality directly addresses user pain points while advancing core business objectives. Communicate project status to all stakeholders and drive issue resolution Share customer feedback to influence product roadmap Multidisciplinary professional combining strategic vision, technical implementation, and high-impact client management.
What You've Done:
0-3+ years of experience leading SaaS project delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive successful implementations. 0-3+ years in client-facing solutions consulting, bridging business needs with technical execution Strong client-facing and communication skills Understanding of integrations, APIs, SSO, and technical configurations PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification preferred Background in HR tech, HCM, or recruiting is a plus Salary Expected salary range $60,000 - $75,000 Please note the Salary range is subject to change in the future in accordance with Phenom's policies Benefits We want you to be your best self and to pursue your passions!
