United States of America Sales Job description The Inside Sales Manager, Equipment will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of an Inside Sales Team that drives small equipment sales for DEXIS. They'll partner with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Pre-Sales, Territory Sales Managers (TSM's) and Digital Solution Specialists (DSS's) to accelerate equipment sales through various outreach efforts as well as developing processes drive efficiencies within the team. This is a remote based role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage key performance indicators through daily management to consistently achieve sales objectives & countermeasure as needed Manage employee performance through goal setting, performance evaluations, coaching, and development planning. Accountable for team attainment of revenue, bookings, pipeline generation, lead conversion, and activity targets for the Inside Sales Equipment team. Work cross functionally with other departments (Marketing, Outside Sales, Pre-Sales, & other Inside Sales Teams) to identify, qualify, nurture, and close equipment leads with outside sales force Actively remove obstacles and build skills to improve sales effectiveness Conduct regular call coaching, deal reviews, pipeline reviews, and performance feedback sessions to improve sales effectiveness and win rates. Effectively manage change and build a culture of engaged & empowered employees Create standard processes for the team to manage leads/activities through CRM that can forecast results. Analyze funnel performance, conversion metrics, and sales productivity trends to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions. Other duties may be assigned.
Compensation:
The target OTE is inclusive of a variable compensation Job requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 4+ years in a Sales Leadership role; dental or healthcare experience is strongly preferred. Experience managing quota-carrying inside sales representatives in a high-volume outbound sales environment. Able to inspire and lead the team through transformational change Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high performing sales teams Strong track record of driving sales results through a team of direct reports Strong analytical skills and ability to adjust tactics as needed to win in the marketplace Experience with CRM, ERP, and eCommerce systems Ability to travel up to approximately 10% annually
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of B2B Sales Management experience, preferably with capital equipment Proven track record of driving sales results Experience building out a new team and creating standard processes Proven ability to own, lead, and deliver new sales strategies that drive results with minimal guidance A proven track record of developing creative solutions to solve problems. Must be a strong communicator (written and verbal) and able to work in a matrix environment, often with limited direction. Must be comfortable communicating appropriately with all levels of the organization. A proven background providing customer-focused solutions both independently and in a team environment. Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans. $95,000 - $110,000
