• Oversee daily operations and manage sales teams to achieve business objectives.

• Monitor profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met.
• Lead project management initiatives to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring staff and promoting effective communication.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales strategies to expand market presence.
