Architectural Sales Manager Posted on May 27, 2025 May 27, 2025 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a design-savvy and results-oriented Architectural Sales Manager to expand our client's market presence across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. This role is ideally suited for a trained architect or a professional with a strong background in architectural practice who is passionate about innovative building materials, sustainable facades, and contemporary design. The successful candidate will engage with top-tier architectural firms, façade consultants, and contractors throughout the Midwest. Position Responsibilities Client Relationship Development Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, developers, and façade consultants in key metropolitan areas including Chicago, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis. Product Promotion & Education Conduct compelling product presentations and lead Continuing Education Unit (CEU) sessions at architecture and design firms to promote facade systems and sustainable solutions. Specification & Project Support Drive the specification of facade products into major projects and provide comprehensive support from design development through to contract execution. Internal Collaboration Work closely with internal teams across multiple countries to ensure accurate order processing, customer satisfaction, and project alignment. CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and regularly report pipeline activity to the Director of Operations, ensuring timely follow-up and strategy alignment. Prerequisites Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related design-focused discipline 3-5 years of experience in architectural sales, technical sales, or specification consulting Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned territory Passion for architectural design, sustainability, and innovative building materials Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required) AIA or NCARB Certification LEED Accreditation CEU Instructor Certification Sales or CRM platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce) What the Role Offers Competitive base salary range of $80,000-$90,000 Performance-based incentive package Hybrid field-based structure with flexibility and autonomy Opportunity to influence high-profile architectural projects and work with leading design professionals A collaborative international team culture with resources across North America and Europe Why Roselle?
