This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term customer partnerships within the assigned territory. Candidates may be considered for either Business Development (hunter focus) or Account Management (farmer focus) based on experience and strengths. Language Requirement Fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin Must be able to read, type, and speak Chinese fluently Key Responsibilities Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory through strategic prospecting and account development Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through inbound leads, cold outreach, social media, and email campaigns Build, qualify, and manage a healthy and accurate sales pipeline Develop and maintain strong relationships with resellers, system integrators, distributors, sales reps, and end users Collaborate closely with project managers to develop account strategies and drive demand generation initiatives Partner with inside sales and technical support teams to ensure high-quality customer service and successful deal execution Work with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted campaigns that drive new demand generation Prepare quotations and review project proposals in coordination with project managers Review and manage business contracts in collaboration with the legal team, including shipping schedules, inventory liability, and product lifecycle (EOL) considerations Deliver product training and presentations to partners, distributors, and customers Prepare written presentations, reports, and pricing quotations Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, product availability, and warranty terms Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments in IPC and related sectors Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows Travel within the territory. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred 1-3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Project Management Experience in computer hardware or related technical industries preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite Work Location & Flexibility Open to local candidates (Southern California - Pomona, CA) for in-office Also open to out-of-state (Middle USA) candidates for fully remote (WFH) arrangements
