We're looking for a Weekend Operations Manager to lead the residential side of our growing recycling and junk removal company. This isn't sitting behind a desk all day. You'll recruit energetic teens, train them, assign neighborhoods, coordinate pickup routes, solve problems, and help grow a business that's making neighborhoods cleaner. What You'll Do Recruit and interview neighborhood canvassers Train and motivate a team of high school and college students Print flyers and prepare canvassing materials Assign neighborhoods and track results Confirm customer pickup appointments Coordinate with our pickup driver for the day Help customers by phone and text Keep the weekend running smoothly Celebrate wins and coach the team to improve Who You Are ✔ Organized ✔ Friendly and confident ✔ Great with teenagers and young adults ✔ Comfortable making decisions ✔ Positive attitude with strong leadership skills ✔ Good with computers, Google Maps, and basic office software ✔ Able to adapt quickly when plans change Bonus Points If You Have Experience In Retail management Restaurant management Youth programs Coaching Event coordination Office management Property management Team leadership About Us We're not a giant corporation.
