Objective:
Seeking a Business Development Manager ready to fuel expansion, cultivate key partnerships, and strengthen our presence in the industrial and construction industries. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of a modern, data-driven sales strategy. Mentor and grow a high-performing sales team. Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities. Collaborate with operations and finance to shape competitive pricing and long-term agreements. Track industry trends and customer insights to refine our approach. Representation at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings. Build lasting relationships with customers and industry partners. Requirements 5-10 years of sales leadership experience in mining, energy, industrial, or construction sectors. A strong track record of negotiating contracts and long-term supply agreements. Solid understanding of mineral commodities, logistics, and regulatory environments. Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Geology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
