Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel frequently throughout Florida. Willingness to attend occasional evening, weekend, and out-of-state events. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is not simply looking for a sales position. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, takes pride in representing the company, and understands the responsibility that comes with working in the restoration and insurance industries. This person should be outgoing without being overly aggressive, persistent without being pushy, and focused on developing lasting relationships rather than short-term transactions.
