Business Development Professional Company Overview ProValidus Medical Staffing is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing agency providing exceptional clinical and non-clinical personnel to facilities across the United States. As we continue to expand nationwide, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Professional to join our growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, developing new client relationships, and strengthening existing partnerships across multiple markets. Position Summary The Business Development Professional is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. This includes long-term care facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This is a hybrid remote position, with at least three days a week on site required. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at healthcare facilities. Conduct targeted outreach campaigns via phone, email, and virtual meetings to present tailored staffing solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new client accounts. Collaborate with internal departments (Recruiting, Scheduling, HR, and Operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and account management. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership. Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings when required. Qualifications Experience in business development, sales, or account management. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and growth targets. Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
