Your responsibility is to turn that platform into relationships and revenue. One contractor can become 20 projects. One property manager can open an entire portfolio. One multifamily operator can represent hundreds of buildings. One strong relationship with a general contractor can continue creating opportunities for years. We have relationships and opportunities stretching from the Canadian border toward Oregon , and there is significant room to expand our commercial and B2B business. We don't want this person thinking only about the next sale.
We want you thinking:
How valuable can I make the book of business I'm building? What You'll Own You will be responsible for developing B2B and commercial opportunities from the first conversation through a signed project.
Your responsibilities will include:

You should be comfortable putting on appropriate jobsite gear, walking a property, understanding the customer's problem, taking measurements and photos, and helping develop the solution. One day you may spend several hours prospecting and following up. The next day you may be walking a 15-building multifamily community with a property manager. The following day you could be sitting with a general contractor reviewing a larger project. You need to be comfortable doing all three.
What Your Week Might Look Like Monday:
Review your commercial pipeline, follow up on proposals, contact target accounts, and identify the week's highest-value opportunities.
Tuesday:
Meet a property manager and walk a multi-building community to identify repair, replacement, and maintenance needs.

Attend High Point's in-person sales meeting, review your pipeline with the Sales Manager, and strategize larger opportunities.
Thursday:
Prospect contractors and commercial accounts, follow up on introductions, meet a potential client, and attend an industry or networking event.
Friday:
Visit a commercial property, gather project information, build a scope, prepare proposals, and make sure every meaningful opportunity has a clear next step. Then the property manager you helped Tuesday introduces you to three more communities. That's the job. What Success Looks Like We do not want to measure success simply by how busy you are. We care about outcomes.
