Who We Are:
Every seed carries a record: where its ancestors grew, what they survived, and what it could become. Almost none of that record has ever been read. 25:2 Solutions reads it. For eight years we have gathered seed across species and geographies, genotyped it, grown it, and traced how plants relate by ancestry, trait, and environment. What we learn becomes the genetic resources and intelligence that breeders, researchers, and seed companies use to develop the crops the world will need next.
That work takes more than scientists. It takes people who hold our farms, our labs, our operations, and our partnerships to the same standard as the science.
How We Work:
Own your discipline. Nobody here will know your field better than you. Expect to work across disciplines every week while staying deep in your own. Know the whole path. Nothing here is finished by one team. A trial, a genome, a dataset, or a new variety passes through several disciplines before it is done, and you will know where your work came from and where it goes next. Build what lasts. The collection, the data, and the understanding behind them compound. Work done here is added to, not replaced. We hire people who are excellent at what they do, hold themselves to it, and want to work alongside colleagues who meet the same standard.
