$50 per week Position Overview Caring for Seniors Adult Daycare Center & Homecare Agency is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Director of Sales & Community Relations to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for both our Adult Daycare Center and Homecare Agency. This is a hands-on sales leadership position for someone who understands healthcare or senior-care sales and is comfortable generating leads, making outbound calls, conducting tours, meeting with families, closing business, and developing strong referral relationships throughout the community. The position is approximately 50% in-house sales and 50% outside sales/community outreach. This is a performance-driven role. Success will be measured by sales activity, tours, referrals, new enrollments, Homecare billable hours, census growth, conversion rates, and overall revenue generation. 50% In-House Sales The Director will spend approximately 50% of their time at the Adult Daycare Center focused on lead generation, follow-up, tours, consultations, and closing new business.
Responsibilities include:
Contact and follow up with prospective clients and families Make outbound sales and follow-up calls Respond promptly to new inquiries and referrals Invite prospective families to tour the Adult Daycare Center Schedule and conduct center tours Explain services, programs, pricing, Medicaid/private-pay options, transportation, and enrollment requirements Convert inquiries and tours into active enrollments Conduct consultations with prospective Homecare clients and families Maintain consistent follow-up with leads until a decision is made Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, tours, referrals, follow-ups, and enrollments Work closely with the administrative and care teams to ensure smooth client onboarding 50% Outside Sales & Community Outreach The Director will spend approximately 50% of their time in the community developing referral relationships and generating new business.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct regular field sales visits throughout the assigned territory Visit hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, senior housing communities, physicians' offices, nursing facilities, community organizations, and other potential referral sources Develop relationships with social workers, discharge planners, case managers, healthcare professionals, senior advocates, and community leaders Generate qualified referrals for Adult Daycare and Homecare services Conduct presentations and community outreach Attend appropriate networking and community events Develop new referral accounts while maintaining existing relationships Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral partners Represent Caring for Seniors professionally throughout the community Assigned Sales Territory Primary field sales territory includes: Norwalk, CT | Stamford, CT | Bridgeport, CT Occasional travel to Milford, CT or surrounding communities may be required based on business needs.   • Medicaid & Private Pay The primary goal is to grow and maintain a strong Adult Daycare census.
Initial performance expectations include:
Month 1: Enroll 8 new clients Month 2: Enroll 15 additional clients Month 3: Reach and work toward maintaining 40 full-time clients Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients and scheduled tours Continue generating new enrollments to account for normal client turnover Support future expansion as the Adult Daycare program grows toward 100+ clients Homecare
  • Private Pay Monthly performance expectations include: Generate a minimum of 2 new full-time Homecare clients per month Generate a minimum of 600 new Homecare billable hours Generate additional part-time Homecare clients when available Maintain an active pipeline of prospective private-pay clients Build referral relationships that consistently generate new Homecare business Key Responsibilities Drive new client acquisition for Adult Daycare and Homecare Schedule and conduct Adult Daycare tours Convert inquiries, referrals, and tours into paying clients Conduct daily outbound sales and follow-up calls Develop new healthcare and community referral relationships Maintain and strengthen existing referral relationships Conduct Homecare consultations with prospective clients and families Track all leads, calls, field visits, tours, referrals, and enrollments Maintain accurate and current sales pipeline information Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports to leadership Meet established monthly enrollment, billable-hour, and revenue goals Monitor conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve sales performance Work closely with administrative and care teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Remain accountable for individual sales performance and established quotas Compensation & Incentive StructureBase Salary $75,000•85,000 annually , based on experience and demonstrated sales performance.
Monthly Commission
  • Up to $2,500 The Director can earn up to $2,500 per month / $30,000 annually in commission based on verified Adult Daycare enrollment and Homecare growth. Adult Daycare Commission
  • Up to $1,500 Per Month Commission is based on new clients who complete enrollment and begin actively attending the Adult Daycare Center. 4 new active clients: $500 6 new active clients: $1,000 8+ new active clients: $1,500 Tours, inquiries, applications, or prospective clients who have not started attending do not qualify as completed enrollments for commission purposes. Homecare Commission
  • Up to $1,000 Per Month Commission is based on new Homecare business generated by the Director that results in active, billable services.
300 new billable hours: $400 450 new billable hours: $700 600+ new billable hours: $1,000 Homecare commission is earned on qualifying new clients who have started services and generated billable hours. Signed agreements or consultations alone do not qualify. Maximum Monthly Commission Achievement of both maximum monthly targets provides the full $2,500 monthly commission: 8+ new active Adult Daycare clients = $1,500 600+ new Homecare billable hours = $1,000 Commission Payment Schedule Commission will be calculated based on qualifying performance from the previous calendar month . All qualifying Adult Daycare enrollments and Homecare billable hours will be reviewed and verified by the company. Earned commissions will be paid during the second week of the following month. For example, qualifying commission earned based on January performance would be paid during the second week of February. Annual Performance Bonus
  • Up to 10% In addition to base salary and monthly commissions, the Director will be eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary.
Annual bonus consideration will be based on overall performance and achievement of company-established goals, including: Adult Daycare census growth and retention Achievement and maintenance of enrollment goals Homecare client and billable-hour growth Overall revenue growth Consistency in meeting monthly sales quotas Development and maintenance of strong referral partnerships Lead generation and conversion performance Sales pipeline management and reporting Overall accountability and contribution to company growth The annual performance bonus is separate from monthly commissions and is based on overall annual performance. Vehicle/Gas Allowance & Travel This position requires approximately 50% local field travel and 50% in-house sales. The Director will receive a flat $50 per week vehicle/gas allowance to assist with routine business-related travel throughout the assigned sales territory.

$50 per week At an $85,000 base salary, maximum annual commission and a 10% annual performance bonus, potential annual cash compensation is approximately $123,500 , plus the $50 weekly vehicle/gas allowance and eligible employee benefits. Employment Structure & Benefits The position will begin with a 90-day probationary period as an independent contractor , with the opportunity to transition to W-2 employment following successful completion of the probationary period and satisfactory performance.
