Overview The Director of Sales, small & mid-sized employer role requires an effective influencer capable of developing credible business relationships inside & outside the organization while providing leadership, direction & management for all direct reports. Education Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)Location Hybrid:
Two days per week in the Doral, FL office. Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience demonstrating strong business acumen . Minimum of 4 years of experience building and managing customer relationships . Minimum of 4 years of experience with employee benefits programs and administration . Minimum of 4 years of experience within the health insurance industry . Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience , including team management, coaching, and development.Benefits:
