Growth & Development ManagerHummingbird Care ServicesPosition Summary Hummingbird Care Services is seeking a driven, organized, and strategic Growth & Development Manager to support the continued expansion and development of the organization. This position is responsible for helping identify, coordinate, and implement growth initiatives that strengthen the company's presence, partnerships, operational scalability, and community impact throughout surrounding territories. This role works directly with the CEO while collaborating closely with the Director of Operations and Marketing Director to help drive organizational growth, strategic initiatives, territory development, partnership opportunities, and executive-level projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, relationship-driven, adaptable, and capable of helping turn vision into execution in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth & Expansion Support strategic growth initiatives and expansion opportunities throughout surrounding territories Identify and research new market opportunities, partnerships, referral channels, and community relationships Assist in developing and implementing growth strategies aligned with company goals Help coordinate expansion initiatives, outreach efforts, and business development opportunities Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive opportunities Partnership & Community Development Build and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living facilities, physician offices, veteran organizations, and community partners Assist in strengthening referral networks and community engagement efforts Represent Hummingbird Care Services professionally at networking events, community events, and strategic meetings Support outreach efforts that increase brand visibility and referral growth Strategic Project Management Coordinate and help manage strategic company initiatives and executive-level projects Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and follow-through Assist leadership in organizing growth-focused projects and initiatives Help ensure initiatives remain aligned between departments and leadership teams Support implementation of new systems, programs, and organizational improvements Cross-Department Collaboration Work collaboratively with the CEO, Director of Operations, and Marketing Director to align company growth strategies Help bridge communication and execution between departments Assist in coordinating initiatives that require operational, marketing, and leadership collaboration Support organizational alignment and strategic execution across multiple areas of the company Organizational Development & Support Assist in improving organizational systems, workflows, and growth infrastructure Support development of scalable processes and operational efficiencies Help organize and maintain growth-related reporting, tracking, and accountability systems Contribute to long-term organizational planning and strategic development QualificationsPreferred Qualifications 3 years experience in healthcare, home care, business development, project management, marketing coordination, or organizational growth Strong communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with leadership Professional presentation and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and organizational/project management tools Ideal Candidate Traits Highly organized Proactive and self-motivated Strategic and growth-minded Professional and adaptable Relationship-focused Strong communicator Detail-oriented Solution-oriented Able to thrive in fast-paced environments Comfortable managing multiple moving priorities simultaneously Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the CEO and works collaboratively alongside the Director of Operations and Director of Marketing. Pay:

$60,587.54 - $72,965.63 per year
