Not available About the Role We are seeking a Head of Commercial & Business Development to lead commercial growth for a rapidly expanding company in the paper packaging industry . This executive leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer portfolio, strengthening strategic accounts, and building a disciplined, high-performing sales and marketing organization. The ideal candidate combines hands-on business development expertise with senior commercial leadership , strong paper packaging industry knowledge, and experience selling to major retailers, e-commerce companies, or industrial/manufacturing customers. Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Commercial Strategy Develop and execute the company's commercial growth strategy. Drive revenue growth across existing and new customer accounts. Identify high-value market segments and new business opportunities. Establish structured sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics. Take a hands-on role in new business generation and customer acquisition. National & Strategic Account Management Build and maintain relationships with major national accounts. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements. Develop strong partnerships with retailers, e-commerce companies, and industrial customers. Ensure customer requirements are aligned with operational capabilities. Marketing Leadership Oversee marketing strategy, positioning, branding, and customer communications. Develop messaging around product value, sustainability, and innovation. Support sales through targeted campaigns, lead generation, and sales materials. Align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Product Development. Significant experience managing or selling to national and strategic accounts . Experience selling into large retailers, e-commerce companies, industrial, or manufacturing environments . Strong knowledge of the paper packaging industry , ideally flexible paper packaging or mailers. Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margin management, negotiations, and revenue growth . Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing organization. Strong customer relationship and partnership skills. Excellent communication skills and executive presence. Preferred Experience Proven success scaling revenue and building structured sales organizations. Comfortable working in a high-growth and evolving environment.
