Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holidays, 401K Sanford Rose is seeking an experienced Healthcare Staffing Business Development Director for a client of ours located in Orlando, FL, to drive new client acquisition, territory growth, and revenue within the healthcare staffing market. This role will focus on developing relationships with healthcare organizations, identifying workforce needs, presenting staffing solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing new business. Responsibilities Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve new business and revenue goals. Prospect, qualify, and develop new healthcare facility accounts through cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, and other business development channels. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare executives, staffing decision makers, HR leaders, and other key stakeholders. Identify client workforce needs and present customized nursing and allied healthcare staffing solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and presentations through contract negotiation and closing. Negotiate client agreements, pricing, rates, and service terms while ensuring alignment with company objectives. Conduct client visits and sales presentations as needed to strengthen relationships and secure new business. Research healthcare staffing trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to identify growth and expansion opportunities. Partner with recruiting, operations, and senior leadership to develop strategic accounts and ensure successful client transitions. Maintain an active sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and consistently achieve established activity, acquisition, and revenue KPIs. Qualifications 3+ years of B2B business development or consultative sales experience in healthcare staffing services required. Bachelor's degree a huge plus but not required Proven track record of generating new business, building sales pipelines, and closing complex sales. Healthcare staffing industry experience required. Experience negotiating contracts, pricing, and financial terms. Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling. Strong relationship-building, networking, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience selling to senior-level healthcare decision makers. Ability to travel to client facilities as needed. HIPAA certification or ability to obtain and maintain certification.
