Essential Functions:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue
- Create team performance KPIs, metrics, and reporting tools to monitor team performance; provide regular feedback and coaching
- Establish and maintain sales processes, scripts, and best practices to improve efficiency and conversion rates
- Collaborate with field sales and portfolio teams to align on campaigns and customer outreach strategies
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecast sales performance accurately
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity
- Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem resolution
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in all customer interactions.
- Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
- Arrives at work, appointments, meetings, and all work-related functions on time and as scheduled.
Other Functions:
- Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and/or suggest improvements to Manager
- Other duties as assigned

Equipment/Machinery Used:
- Telephone, copier, computer (or tablet), fax machine, calculator.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-7 years of inside sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role; wine industry experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience in managing remote teams strongly preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
Hybrid Work Schedule:
Required in-office Tuesday-Thursday, with additional in-office attendance required as needed for special meetings or business needs on non-designated in-office days.Similar remote jobs
